觸控晶片廠義隆電 （2458）參展2016年台北國際電腦展，董事長葉儀皓親自出動介紹今年多項新晶片，其中搭上VR熱潮的360度球型環景相機推出第2代版本，貢獻效益將自下半年開始，而指紋辨識、具辨識功能的主動筆觸控晶片、以及連網傳輸晶片裝置也將陸續為今年業績添分，葉儀皓表示，今年最壞的情況已過，第2季業績優於第1季，今年將可逐季成長。

葉儀皓表示，虛擬實境（VR）商機風行全球，包括有Facebook與YouTube皆已開放上傳360度影片，方便在虛擬實境裝置中觀賞，由於VR已進入消費性新紀元，因此轉投資專攻影像IC的義晶和美商Memora公司團隊聯手推出360度球型環景相機LUNA預計今年第4季正式上市，推算回貢獻義隆業績來看，預計會在第3季末到第4季。

指紋辨識方面，葉儀皓指出，繼智慧型手機大量採用指紋辨識功能後，平板電腦、筆記型電腦、智慧卡也跟進導入應用。由於目前已成功的取得許多一線筆電大廠的訂單，今年正可以搭上筆電搭載指紋辨識的風潮，預計今年下半年量產出貨。

主動筆方面，葉儀皓表示，隨著微軟今年第3季即將發布下一代OS，「筆」就是微軟在新作業系統主打的重大功能更新，預估今年下半年度各大廠陸續導入支援電容式主動筆系列機種，屆時相關筆電各大品牌的新機種也將可見採用義隆觸控IC支援的微軟電容式主動筆。

義隆電展出的第四項新晶片，主攻物聯網解決方案採用與ZigBee╱Thread完全兼容IEEE 802.15.4╱g 標準通訊規格傳輸晶片。新產品一一到位，葉儀皓認為最壞情況已過。
